Partial revision of the Decree on telecommunications installations (OIT). This revision would oblige sellers of second hand radio equipment to provide buyers with all relevant information for intended use and applicable restrictions of use, to avoid harmful interferences to the radio spectrum. Also the obligation for the person installing radio or telecommunication equipment to follow the manufacturer's instructions and obligations for professional installers would be specified. This draft regulation intends to introduce an obligation for persons installing electrical equipment to follow the manufacturer's instructions. Also, obligations for professional installers would be specified and provisions strengthening the market surveillance authority (OFCOM) would be added (i.a.
